Interview Lesson

Explore the Harp
Four weeks of an immersive harp experience is a great way to see if the harp is the right fit for you or your child! Offered to beginners with no previous harp experience, lesson topics include harp care and tuning, healthy posture at the harp, practice guidance, and learning a basic song!

Guidance for future harp lessons and harp resources
Harp rental*
$200 (approximately 15% savings than if booking harp rental and lessons separately!)
Open to ages 7 and up. Younger ages considered on a case-by-case basis. Parents are requested to be present during the sessions to provide support for their child as needed. *Harp rental is subject to availability; rental term begins at the first lesson and concludes when harp is returned to the studio at the final lesson. A signed rental contract and $250 security deposit in cash is required. The deposit will be completely refunded if the harp and all accessories are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Scheduling and Attendance: Four once-weekly sessions are scheduled based on the student’s and teacher’s availability. Full payment is due at the first session. Sessions begin and end at the time agreed upon between the student and teacher. Late arrivals (after 10 minutes) will forfeit the session. Make-up sessions are not offered except in the case of illness.
Harp Lessons

Students are encouraged to schedule lessons on a monthly-basis, with payment due at the first lesson of the month. Make-up lessons are offered in case of inclement weather, illness, or teacher cancellations. All cancellations within 24 hours for any reason other than inclement weather or illness forfeit the lesson and are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
Quarterly Harp Lessons
Enrollment in quarterly lessons is the best way to book lessons ahead of time for the best rate! Each tuition payment is for three months and includes up to ten lessons. Want additional lessons within the quarter? Book for 10% off the individual lesson rate!
30 minutes: $560

Lessons can be rescheduled within the same quarter if needed due to inclement weather, illness, or teacher cancellations. Scheduling maximum lesson time isn’t mandatory; unused lesson time does not roll over to the next quarter. To use the maximum lesson time, an additional lesson per week might be offered to accommodate holidays and vacation seasons. All cancellations within 24 hours for any reason other than inclement weather or illness are subject to a $15 cancellation fee and the lesson is considered forfeit.
Group Harp Lessons
Group lessons are a great option for students who would like to learn the harp together! Please inquire for additional information.
Beginner & Intermediate Piano Lessons
30 minutes: $40
45 minutes: $50

Studio Policies
Make-up lessons: A make-up lesson is defined as a lesson that has been scheduled, which then needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the student or teacher. Students/parents are responsible for requesting the make-up lesson if they cancel, and are highly encouraged to re-book as soon as possible after the missed lesson, since availability can be limited. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within four weeks of the missed lesson, otherwise the lesson fee will remain forfeit.
Make-up lessons are not offered for the following scenarios: Late arrival (either in-person or online), forgetting lessons, schedule changes within 24 hours of a lesson, or a make-up lesson for a make-up lesson. Refunds for missed or cancelled lessons are not offered. Extenuating circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Scheduling and Attendance: Lessons begin and end at the time agreed upon between the student and teacher. For both online and in-person, a 10-minute grace period will be granted for late arrivals, if scheduling allows. After this time, the teacher may consider the lesson forfeit. Please wash your hands upon arrival to the lesson. Harp students may be requested to bring their own harp to the lesson to best facilitate learning on the instrument they use for practicing.
Lesson materials: Additional lesson materials and equipment such as sheet music, a music bench, or music stand might be recommended to purchase to help enrich the learning process.
Harp Rental: Please inquire regarding rental availability and rates for specific models.
Payments: There is a $15 fee for all late payments for lessons and harp rental.
Lesson Agreement and liability waiver: New students age 18 and over, or the parent/legal guardian of students under the age of 18, will be requested to sign a Lesson Agreement and waiver prior to beginning lessons or classes.
