Music is one of life’s most enriching experiences, fostering confidence, thinking skills, creativity, and fun!
Kristen’s pedagogical approach focuses on musicality and technique, valuing each student’s individual learning style and goals, helping each student embrace the learning process with joy.
Lessons are offered in harp, piano, music theory, and ear training. Introductory classes and group lessons are also available.
Kristen is a member of the Music Teachers National Association, American String Teachers Association, and the American Harp Society. She serves as the harp instructor for the University of North Carolina School of the Arts Community Music School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
